Pachyphytum glutinicaule, commonly known as the "Jelly Bean Plant," is a small succulent plant that belongs to the Crassulaceae family. It is native to Mexico and is popular among succulent enthusiasts for its unique and colorful appearance.
This interesting succulent is hardy and dense with silver grey leaves and dainty salmon pink bell shaped flowers. Prefers a sunny position in well drained soil. It is ideal for large tubs, and arid garden beds. Tolerant of hot, dry conditions. Takes full sun and grows to about 30cm.They are often green or bluish-green in color, but they can also exhibit shades of pink, purple, or red, especially when exposed to bright sunlight or cooler temperatures.
In terms of care, the Jelly Bean Plant is relatively easy to grow. It thrives in well-draining soil and requires bright, indirect light or partial shade. It is important to protect this plant from intense direct sunlight.
