We offer both retail and wholesale options, ensuring that plant lovers and businesses alike can find exactly what they need. Our team takes great care to deliver every order promptly and in perfect condition, so you can shop with confidence. Below, you can learn more about our shipping and returns policy.

Order Cut-Off & Dispatch Schedule

All retail and wholesale orders placed before Friday at 7:00 AM (AEST) will be dispatched the following Monday, or on Tuesday if Monday falls on a public holiday.

Late orders-Orders placed after our Friday 7:00 AM (AEST) deadline will be shipped the subsequent week.


This schedule helps us avoid weekend delays and ensures your plants arrive fresh and in excellent condition.


Delivery generally takes 2–4 business days, depending on your location.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • QLD: 1–2 business days
  • NSW: 1–3 business days
  • VIC: 2–3 business days
  • SA: 2–4 business days
  • NT, TAS & WA: subject to quarantine processing

 

Ordering Process

Wholesale Orders

Shipping Options: Bare Root

1.       Submit your order directly through the website

2.       Wholesale orders are shipped bare rooted via Australia Post Express.

Shipping Options: With pots

If you prefer to receive plants with pots, please contact us with your order number after placing your order. 

You have two convenient courier options:

  1. Use Your Own Courier Service:
    • You may arrange your own courier to collect the plants from our nursery.
    • We will carefully prepare and hand over your order to your nominated courier.
    • Once collected, the courier will be responsible for transit and delivery.
  2. Let Us Arrange a Courier for You:
    • We can arrange a courier service on your behalf.
    • Once your order is confirmed, we’ll provide you with a list of available courier options.
    • You can select the courier that best suits your needs.
    • After you make your selection, we’ll send you a shipping quotation for approval before dispatch.

Retail Orders

  1. Visit our website and explore our full range of succulents and cactus. Complete your purchase securely through our website.
  2. All retail plants are shipped bare rooted via Australia Post Express.
  3. We offer flat rate express shipping starting from $17.00 within Australia.
  4. If you’d like to receive your plants with pots, please contact us using the form below before placing your order.

Ø  NT, TAS & WA Customers

Orders to Northern Territory, Tasmania, and Western Australia require biosecurity inspection and are shipped every 6 weeks via our Quarantine Concierge Service.

  • Please contact us prior to ordering to confirm schedules and any additional quarantine-related costs.

Nursery Pickup

Local pickup is available from our nursery for both retails and wholesales

  • You will receive a notification once your order is ready (usually within 7 days).
  • Please wait for confirmation before visiting to ensure your plants are prepared and ready for collection

 

RETURNS POLICY

If there’s an issue with your order, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged plant and the shipping label.
