Succulents Online continues to operate as usual, but please be aware that there are significant delays in Australia Post deliveries, for which we appreciate your patience and understanding. For now, we are using only the express delivery option to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your plants.

 

We are excited to share that we have expanded our shipping locations to include Western Australia, Tasmania, and the Northern Territory, with our next scheduled shipment for these areas planned on June 24th. To ensure your inclusion in this shipment, please complete the necessary form before 10 AM QLD time on June 13th. We kindly ask customers from these areas to reach out to us at info@succulentsworld.com.au before placing an order so we can clarify the shipping process and discuss any potential additional costs that may apply. We are committed to providing you with a smooth and straightforward ordering experience.

 

A note to all customers: we have transitioned to shipping our plants bare-rooted and have introduced a flat shipping rate. If you prefer your plants to be delivered in pots, please contact us at info@succulentsworld.com.au for a quote. All orders are dispatched first thing Monday morning; please place your order before Friday morning to ensure delivery the following week, depending on your location.

 

Shipping method: Australia Post

 

Postage Information: We offer express shipping starting from $14. The total postage costs will be automatically calculated on our website, based on the size of your order. Plants are dispatched via Australia Post and will be sent bare-rooted to ensure their safety and excellent condition upon arrival. If you prefer your plants to be shipped in pots, please contact us; bear in mind that this may incur higher shipping costs due to the additional weight of the soil.

 

Pick-Up Option: If you live near or are visiting the Sunshine Coast, you are welcome to pick up your order directly from our location in Nambour, QLD, Australia. Please get in touch with us if you wish to utilize this option.

 

Terms and Conditions: Please select your items with care, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Delivery times may vary: QLD: 1-2 days, NSW: 1-3 days, VIC: 2-3 days, SA: 2-4 days. We aim to ship orders on Monday mornings to avoid your plants being in transit over the weekend.

 

Note for NT, TAS, WA customers: Prior to placing your order, please contact us to discuss potential additional quarantine charges associated with these locations. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

 

Returns Policy: If you encounter any issues with your order upon arrival, please notify us within three days of receipt. In your email, include a photo of the damaged plant as well as a photo of the shipping label on the box. This will enable us to quickly assess the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.

 

Change of Mind or Delivery Date: If you wish to amend or delay your order, or if you have changed your mind, kindly contact us before the end of the day on the Friday preceding your order's processing over the weekend.

Shipping Note: To minimize the risk of delays and potential damage during transit with Australia Post, we exclusively ship orders on Mondays. This strategy aims to prevent our plants from being held over the weekend, ensuring they arrive at your doorstep in the best possible condition.
