  • We offer flat rate express shipping starting from $14.90 within Australia. Total postage costs will be calculated automatically at checkout.

  • Orders are dispatched on Monday mornings via Australia Post. Please place your order before Friday morning(6Am) to ensure delivery the following week, depending on your location.

  • Delivery times may vary:

    • QLD: 1-2 days

    • NSW: 1-3 days

    • VIC: 2-3 days

    • SA: 2-4 days

  • We aim to ship orders on Monday mornings to avoid your plants being in transit over the weekend.

  • NT, TAS, WA Customers: Please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss potential additional quarantine charges.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • We take great care in packaging our plants, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the issue.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please select your items carefully.

  • We provide care instructions for each plant on our website. Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure the health and longevity of your succulents.
