We carefully hand-pack every order to ensure your plants arrive in the best possible condition. However, unforeseen issues can occur during transit that are beyond our control.
Upon Receiving Your Order:

Verify Your Order: Please carefully review your order upon arrival and compare it to your original purchase to ensure everything is correct.

Report Issues Promptly: If there are any discrepancies with your order or if plants arrive damaged due to shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately via phone 0433726350 or through our website contact form. It is important to do this within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Provide Details & Photos: To help us assist you quickly, please include your full name, shipping address, order number (if available), and photos of the plants in question. This will allow us to assess the situation and determine the best course of action.
Resolution Options:

If your order is incorrect or the plants arrived damaged, we will either issue a refund for the value of the plants or send you replacement plants, if available.

In the event you receive a plant not yet of flowering size and it turns out to be a different variety when it blooms, please follow the steps above and contact us as soon as the plant flowers.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

We cannot accept responsibility for issues or delivery problems if you do not notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

Please note that contacting us through social media does not replace direct contact with our customer service team, as we may not see your message in a timely manner.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for plants ordered in error or if you change your mind after purchase.

To be eligible for a return, you must first contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide a photo of the plant’s condition upon arrival. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which must be sent via Australia Express Post. Once we receive the returned plants, we will inspect them to ensure they are in the same good and healthy condition as when you received them, using the photo you provided for comparison. If the plants pass inspection, we will issue a full refund for the cost of the plants.
