Mangave Paying Hands
Mangave Paying Hands
Mangave 'Praying Hands' is a hybrid succulent plant that is a cross between Agave macroacantha and Manfreda maculosa. It is known for its unique appearance, with its leaves arranged in a distinctive "prayer hands" fashion.
The leaves of Mangave 'Praying Hands' are long, narrow, and slightly curled, with a blue-green color and maroon spotting. The plant grows in a rosette form, with leaves arranged in a symmetrical pattern that resembles hands clasped in prayer. Mature plants can grow up to 2 feet tall and wide.
Mangave 'Praying Hands' is a low-maintenance plant that is tolerant of a wide range of growing conditions. It prefers full sun to partial shade and well-draining soil. It is drought-tolerant and does not require frequent watering, but may benefit from occasional watering during periods of prolonged drought.
A unique 10 inch tall and wide succulent with dark green leaves that stay curled upward in a tight rosette much like an artichoke with the reddish brown terminal spines nearly coming together at the top.
