The beloved Jade Plant (Crassula ovata), often referred to as the Money Tree or Lucky Plant, hails from the arid landscapes of South Africa and remains a cherished succulent for its enduring beauty and ease of care.

Distinctive Growth and Foliage:

  • Fleshy Leaves: This succulent is characterized by its thick, oval-shaped leaves, which grow in opposing pairs along its sturdy branches.
  • Variegated Variety: The variegated form of the Jade Plant adds a delightful twist, showcasing unique and captivating color patterns across its leaves.
  • Mature Form: Under optimal growing conditions, the Jade Plant can develop into a compact shrub, reaching heights of 2 to 3 feet (60 to 90 cm).
  • Evergreen Charm: The Jade plant grows into an evergreen shrub, that maintains it's leaves all year long.
  • Rounded Leaves: one variety of Jade plant has rounded, fleshy variegated leaves.

Essential Care and Features:

  • Optimal Light: It thrives in bright, indirect light, and benefits from a few hours of direct sunlight daily.
  • Well-Draining Soil: It requires well-draining soil to prevent root rot, a common issue with succulents.
  • Fertilization: During the active growing season (spring and summer), occasional fertilization with a balanced succulent or cactus fertilizer promotes healthy growth.
  • Sun-Loving: It flourishes in sunny locations, making it ideal for rock gardens or container cultivation.
  • Frost Protection: It is essential to protect the Jade Plant from frost, as it is not frost-tolerant.
  • Versatile Decor: Its striking appearance and low-maintenance nature make it a versatile choice for various decorative arrangements, from standalone potted plants to mixed succulent displays, enhancing any indoor or outdoor space.

The succulent plant housed in the red pot comes in a 80mm diameter container. While the image provides a representative depiction of what you will receive, but may vary slightly because no two succulents are the same.
