Haworthia attenuata, also commonly called the Zebra Plant, is a small, slow-growing succulent native to South Africa. It is a popular choice for indoor gardening due to its compact size and striking appearance.

Appearance:

• Leaves: Haworthia attenuata is known for its fleshy, dark green leaves adorned with raised white stripes or bands, giving it a zebra-like pattern. The leaves are triangular in shape and taper to a point, forming a dense rosette.

• Size: This Haworthia typically grows up to 6 inches (15 cm) in diameter, making it ideal for small pots and spaces.

• Flowers: In spring or summer, it may produce slender stalks with small, tubular, white or pale pink flowers.

Growth Habits and Care:

• Sunlight: Thrives in bright, indirect light or partial shade. Avoid direct sunlight, which can scorch the leaves.

• Soil: Requires well-draining soil, such as a cactus or succulent mix.

• Watering: Water moderately during the growing season (spring and summer), allowing the soil to dry out completely between waterings. In winter, reduce watering significantly.

• Temperature: Prefers warm temperatures but can tolerate cool temperatures if kept dry. Protect from frost.
