Euphorbia Cowboy

Euphorbia 'Cowboy' is a bold and eye-catching succulent prized for its rugged, upright form and rich green stems adorned with distinct ridges and spines. This variety resembles a small cactus in appearance but belongs to the Euphorbia family, known for its unique growth habits and drought tolerance. Its compact yet sturdy structure makes it perfect for containers, rock gardens, or arid-themed landscapes.

Key Characteristics:

• Appearance: Upright, branching stems with prominent ribs and small, sharp spines along the edges.
• Color: Deep green stems with reddish or purplish tinges under strong sunlight.
• Size: Typically grows up to 30–50 cm (12–20 inches) tall, with potential to grow taller over time.
• Growth Habit: Columnar and branching; can develop into a small shrubby form with age.

Care Tips:

• Light: Prefers full sun to bright, indirect light. Outdoor sun exposure enhances color and strengthens the plant.
• Water: Water sparingly—only when the soil is completely dry. Euphorbia 'Cowboy' is highly drought-tolerant.
• Soil: Requires very well-draining soil. A cactus or succulent mix works best.
• Temperature: Protect from frost. Best grown in temperatures above 10°C (50°F).
• Propagation: Easily propagated from cuttings. Always let the cut surface callous before planting.
• Handling: Wear gloves and avoid contact with sap. Keep away from pets and children.
