Echeveria 'Raindrops' is a highly sought-after hybrid celebrated for its unique bumpy textures, where prominent, raised "raindrop-like" bumps (called caruncles) develop on the upper surface of its broad, fleshy leaves. The rosette features soft blue-green leaves, often with pinkish-red margins when grown in bright light or cooler temperatures.
This variety is a slow grower but rewards patient growers with its fascinating, sculptural form. As the plant matures, the caruncles become more defined, giving the plant its signature "raindrop" effect. Echeveria 'Raindrops' makes a standout feature in containers, rock gardens, or succulent arrangements.
Due to its rarity and unique appearance, it's a favourite among succulent collectors who appreciate unusual and textured foliage.
