The crested form of Echeveria potosina showcases a mesmerizing display of convoluted and contorted growth, creating a sculptural and ornamental appearance. The cresting occurs due to a mutation in the plant's growth points, resulting in abnormal cell division and growth patterns.

When it comes to care, Echeveria potosina crested has similar requirements to the non-crested variety. It thrives in bright, indirect sunlight and well-draining soil.

Echeveria potosina crested can be grown both indoors and outdoors, depending on the climate. It is often displayed as a focal point in succulent gardens, rock gardens, or as a unique addition to succulent arrangements or container plantings.
