Echeveria Black Rose

 Echeveria 'Black Rose' is known for its rosettes of deep, dark, almost black foliage, which gives it its name. The leaves are thick, fleshy, and have a velvety texture. They are typically arranged in a rosette formation, with the leaves curving inwards and overlapping each other. The rosettes can grow up to 6 inches (15 cm) in diameter.

When 'Black Rose' is in bloom, it produces tall flower stalks that emerge from the center of the rosette. The flowers are typically bell-shaped and come in shades of pink, coral, or red. The flowering period usually occurs during the spring or summer months.

Echeveria 'Black Rose' is often used in succulent arrangements, container gardens, and rock gardens. Its dark foliage provides a striking contrast against other succulents or plants with lighter colors. It's a relatively low-maintenance plant that can be grown both indoors and outdoors, as long as it receives adequate sunlight and proper care.

Echeveria Black Rose is a slow-growing plant. It will produce short coloured green rosettes and under fair conditions, it will thrive into charming dark burgundy rosettes up to 3 inches.

As the Echeveria Black Rose grows, the colour of the rosettes darkens, and leaves widen up to an inch with fine pointy yellow edges. The yellowing leaves at the base of the plant serve as a hiding spot for pests, therefore regular cleaning is required to achieve a beautiful plant.
