Agave isthmensis Oji Raijin

Agave isthmensis 'Ohi Raijin' (also known as Agave 'Kabutogani' or "Japanese Spider Crab") is a stunning agave cultivar that is sure to turn heads in any succulent garden.

Appearance:

• Leaves: Broad and rigid, with a striking blue-green hue. Each leaf is adorned with prominent, reddish-brown teeth along the margins and a sharp terminal spine.
• Form: Grows in a compact rosette, reaching a mature size of about 1-2 feet tall and wide. The leaves often curve inward, resembling the legs of a crab, hence the nickname.
• Flowers: Rarely blooms, but when it does, it produces a tall, dramatic stalk with clusters of greenish-yellow flowers.
