Euphorbia tithymaloides, commonly known as Devil's Backbone, is a perennial succulent plant that belongs to the Euphorbiaceae family. It is native to the tropical regions of Central and South America, including parts of Mexico, the Caribbean, and Brazil.Devil's Backbone has a distinctive growth habit with thick, succulent stems that grow upright or semi-upright. The stems are usually reddish-brown to green in color.

Euphorbia tithymaloides is a relatively low-maintenance plant and can adapt to a variety of growing conditions. It prefers well-draining soil and thrives in bright, indirect sunlight. It is drought-tolerant and can withstand periods of dryness.

Devil's Backbone is commonly used in landscaping and as a houseplant. It is often grown in containers, hanging baskets, or as a ground cover in tropical and subtropical gardens.
