The Fittonia Red Flame is a tropical foliage plant, perfect for adding a splash of colour to your indoor spaces. Ideal for a bright windowsill or indoor shelf, it thrives in low to medium light and brings vibrancy to any home.

Care:

Light: Prefers bright, indirect light but tolerates low-light conditions. Avoid direct sun which can scorch the leaves.

Watering: Keep the soil lightly moist. Water when the top layer feels dry, but do not let it sit in water as it can lead to root rot.

Humidity: Thrives in humid conditions. Mist occasionally or place near a humidity tray to encourage healthy growth.

Temperature: Prefers warm indoor temperatures, ideally 18–24°C. Protect from cold drafts and sudden temperature changes.

Feeding: Use a balanced liquid fertiliser once a month during the growing season for best results.

Good to know:
Fittonia Red Flame can go dormant if overwatered or kept in low humidity. Its vibrant foliage makes it an ideal indoor accent, but it does not tolerate dry air or frost.
