Appearance:

• Leaves: Echeveria leaves are typically thick, succulent, and arranged in a compact rosette pattern. The leaves can vary greatly in shape, size, and color depending on the species and cultivar.

• Flowers: Echeverias produce bell-shaped flowers on tall stalks that emerge from the center of the rosette. Flower colors include shades of pink, orange, red, and yellow.

Growth Habits and Care:

• Sunlight: Echeverias thrive in bright, indirect light or morning sun. Avoid intense afternoon sun, which can scorch the leaves.

• Soil: They require well-draining soil, such as a cactus or succulent mix, to prevent root rot.

• Watering: Water thoroughly when the soil is completely dry, allowing excess water to drain. Overwatering is a common cause of death for Echeverias.

• Temperature: Echeverias prefer warm temperatures between 60-80°F (15-27°C). They can tolerate some heat, but protect them from frost.

• Maintenance: These succulents are generally low-maintenance. Remove any dead or damaged leaves to keep the plant looking its best.
