Caring for Baby Bamboo ‘Ceylona’

Light

Place the plant in bright, filtered or indirect light. Avoid strong afternoon sunlight through glass, as this can scorch the foliage.

Water

Unlike many drought-tolerant succulents, Baby Bamboo prefers even moisture. Keep the potting mix lightly moist, but do not allow the roots to sit in standing water.

Check the soil regularly and water when the surface begins to dry.

Soil

Use a good-quality indoor potting mix that holds some moisture while still allowing excess water to drain freely.

Temperature

This plant prefers warm conditions and is best protected from frost and very cold temperatures.

Feeding

During active growth, feed with a balanced liquid fertiliser approximately every four to six weeks. Follow the instructions on the fertiliser product.
